Rental Policies
No pets. No smoking All house instructions are locatedon on the kitchen refridgerator.
Refundable Security deposit of $300.00 is required. Half of rent plus security needed to reserve your date. Balance due two weeks prior to arrival date.
Rental fee plus security deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made one month prior to your reservation date. Security deposit only will be refunded if you cancel with less than one month's notice.
