Description of the Property

Constructed in 2000, this unit surely fits the term "class of the field." There is an outdoor, 10 person hot tub just steps from the front door.

Our three bedroom/two bath condominium (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twins and pullout couch) was furnished for comfort and convenience with the distinguished guest in mind. The kitchen is stocked meticulously for creating fabulous meals and all bedrooms come with TV's, down comforters and feather pillows. There is a VCR and DVD player in the living area.

Enjoy fabulous views from all living areas and bedrooms. Vail's FREE shuttle service is a 30-second walk from the door.

There is a $50 pet fee, per pet, should the owner accept your particular pet. There is also a $100 cleaning fee.

A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, MC, and American Express. The balance, including tax and service charge, is due 60 days prior ro your arrival. Please read the Rental Policy page or contact us for more details and the refund policy. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against Acts of God out of your control.
