Description of the Property

Enjoy Beech Mountain's excellent ski resort, Ski Beech, during the day, and then relax at one of the many fine restaurants or pubs, in the evenings. Our home is located on a peaceful scenic corner property, nestled in the woods, just a 1 minute drive to Ski Beech. and the Ice Skating Rink. We have beautiful views from every room. Our Professional Housekeeper prepares the Chalet prior to your arrival. . Beech Mountain Country Club facilities are available for your use. Some of the amenities include a huge Heated Swimming Pool, (Summer), Tennis, Health Club, Beech Mountain Club Dining, (Summer), Day Camp and Teen activities, or lunch on the award winning Golf Course. Cool off in the summer, at our 5000 foot elevation, Beech Mountain temperatures range in the 70's during the day, and into the low 60's at night. Bring sweatshirts! We had the best time. Its very private and decorated so cute. It has everything you need right there. We will for sure be back next year. Pleasure doing business with Mountain Mike very professional and courteous.

My stay at Leah's Beech Villa was an exceptional experience. It was far enough out of the way to find peace and quiet, with outstanding mountain scenery and only a minute drive to the parking lot of Beech mountain ski resort. About 10 inches of snow fell during my stay which made the view that much more spectacular. not to mention the skiing. The living room area looked like it was just refurbished with a nice wood burning stove in the middle. Very comfortable to relax, study and spend the weekend. Mr. Mike Goldstein was a pleasure to do business with. He was very professional and was very flexible with our arrival and departure schedule. He was very punctual with emailing the rental contract and providing all the necessary information to someone who has never rented a house in the area before. I look forward to visiting this property next ski season. Thanks Mike!!

Leah's Beech Mountain Villa is located in one of the most desirable areas of Beech Mountain. Just around the corner from the Ski Slopes. A 1/2 Mile walk to Tennis, Hiking Trails, Heated Swimming Pool, Health Club, and Lake. Leah's Beech Mountain Villa is a corner property, with one of a kind Long Range Views. A beautiful Gazebo, with an outside dining table, and barbeque. Grill is located under the Gazebo to allow cooking in all types of weather, as well as reading, playing games, or just sipping a glass of wine under the stars. High Speed Wireless Internet provided at no extra charge.

Skiing is a 5 minute walk from the Chalet, or a 1 minute drive by car. Restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. The recreation area is about a 2 minute drive. 2 Trout Stocked Lakes, The Beech Mountain Golf Course, Biking, Hiking Trails, Fishing, Tennis, Health Club, Childrens Summer Day Camp and just enjoying the Wildlife in the area.

Gem Mining, Linville Caverns, Linville Falls, Grandfather Mountain (Just designated our Newest State Park - 3/2009), The Blue Ridge Parkway, Price Lake, Watauga Lake, Roan Mountain Tennessee, Boone, and Blowing Rock, are all reachable within a 1 hour drive of Beech Mountain.

Asheville is apx. a 1 1/2 hour drive, Charlotte, 2 Hours, Raleigh 2 Hours, Atlanta, Georgia - 5 Hours.

Credit Cards or Personal Checks accepted. 3 Month Special - Rent any 3 Months, rate wil be substantially reduced, and NO TAX Please Note: For 2 Night Stays, there is a Housekeeping Fee of 60. Skiers - Discounted Lift Tickets Available when vacationing with us.

Rental Policies

CREDIT CARDS or Personal Checks accepted. A 50% Deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the balance due, 60 days prior to your arrival. Winter Holiday Rate is from December 19th through January 3rd. Reserve any 3 consecutive Months and receive a sustantial discount on the rent, and TAX FREE. Housekeeping Fee is INCLUDED in the Rental Rates.

A 50% Deposit is required to reserve your dates, with the balance due, 60 days prior to your arrival.

A full refund will be given, less 100. administrative fee, if we are notified at least 60 days prior to your arrival. Family emergencies are given special consideration.
