Leading off of the living room to the deck is the very spacious pool area. This pool area is completely private with a large 11 x 25 pool and fully equipped with pool furniture and a large outside umbrella table for al fresco dining or early morning coffee. On the opposite side of the great room from the dining area is a generous size master bedroom. This suite is furnished with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. There is a half bath nearby. On the 2nd floor there are 4 bedrooms: a 2nd master suite with king and private bath, 2 more good size bedrooms each with queens and 1 guest bedroom with 2 twins. One of the queen rooms and the twin share a bath. There is a small loft for children to watch TV or to enjoy a good book. Conveniently located nearby are bike paths, shopping and activities. FREE Tennis at the Van Der Meer Shipyard Racquet Club. This home also has a library of DVD's for the whole family to enjoy as well as many games for family game night and a library of paperback books. 6TV's, 6DVD players, 4 VCR. 5BR, 4.5ba, 2Kings, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, Queen Sleeper. Rental Rate Notes
Rates: All rates are quoted by the week, except for ‘long-term’ rates which are monthly. Rates for Easter, Heritage Week and thanksgiving may differ from published rates. Some properties have a three day minimum with the daily rate one-fifth of the weekly quoted rate. We will be glad to help you if your stay is less than a week. Quoted or published rates do not include an administrative booking fee or any applicable taxes (currently 11%). Rates are subject to change without notice.Rental Policies
Deposit: Upon making your reservation we ask that you pay 40% of the rental cost as a deposit. We accept checks, VISA/MC or Discover. Please mail checks to: The Vacation Company, P.O. Box 7471, Hilton Head Island, SC 29938. Balances: The balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. We accept checks, VISA/MC or Discover. Rates: All quoted rates are weekly, with the exception of our “long-term” rates which are monthly. Easter, Heritage Week and Thanksgiving rates may differ from published materials. Rates do not include applicable taxes (currently 10%) or our $75 administrative booking fee. Rates are occasionally subject to change without notice. Properties that have a three day minimum are charged a daily rate equal to one-fifth of the weekly rate. We will be glad to assist you if your stay is less than a week. Cancellation: If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of arrival for homes or 60days prior to arrival for villas the 40% deposit will be forfeited. Reservations cancelled outside the 60 and 90 days period will receive a full deposit refund. The $75 administration fee is non-refundable. Arrival/Departure: Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am. These times must be strictly adhered to in order for us to have the properties properly cleaned and inspected for arriving guests. Sofa Bed Linen: Extra towels and linen for sleeper sofas are provided at a charge of $25. To make this provision we must be notified at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. Express Check-in: As a convenience to our rental guests we send a check-in package 2 weeks before arrival. The package includes keys, maps, general information and car passes, if necessary. After 4:00pm guests can go directly to the rental property. Your signed rental agreement and payment in full must be received before the package is sent. Occupancy: Occupancy of each home or villa is limited to the number of persons indicated in this brochure and on your rental confirmation. Any exception must be approved by our company management. ALL properties are Non-Smoking. Pets: NO PETS! We love animals but because of concerns such as flea control, allergies, etc. they cannot be permitted. If pets are discovered, rental will be forfeited and a charge of $150 will be assessed for flea treatment of the unit. ADVANCE RESERVATION: Book in advance. If you wish to reserve the same home or villa for next year, paying a 40% deposit will guarantee your reservation at this year’s rate!
