The game room has its own access to the backyard and the golf course. The outside is also fully furnished, has a very nice patio and stainless Gas BBQ grill. Private pool and a jacuzzi.
The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed with a gorgeous custom shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size beds. The 4th bedroom has a bunk bed, which turns into a full size bed. This bedroom can also be used as an office. 3 folding beds are also available. We have 2 queen size air bed mattresses. Accomodates up to 18 people. Big Screen Cable TV with Vcr/dvd, CD Player and a high-speed internet access are also available. All bedrooms have TV's. In addition, the 4th bedroom has a desk for work purposes.
Phone access is available throughout United States, as well as Canada (free of charge).
Diswasher, toaster, microwave, oven, coffeemaker, food processor, blender, washer & dryer, iron with the ironing board and all the necessary items are available for your use.
In addition to the private pool and the jacuzzi, also community pools and a Jacuzzi are available for renters. The area offers volleyball and basketball courts. The park for children offers a lot of games for them to enjoy. This elegant home is just minutes away from restaurants, shopping centers, major supermarkets and casinos.
