Rental Rate Notes
There is a $150.00 cleaning fee and a $400.00 refundable security deposit required upon booking. If you cancel within 31 to 60 days you will be charged a processing fee of $250.00 You may not cancel within 31 days of arrival you will be charged in full. All rates are subject to change without notice. Holidays and busy months slightly higher.Rental Policies
There is no smoking on premises. Check in is at 3:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am.
Deposit varies from $400 to 1,000 depending on your lenth of stay.
All deposits will refunded 7 days after checkout if paid with a credit card or wire transfer. Checks and money orders will be refunded 32 days after check out. There is no refund in you cancel within 30 days of arrival. 31 to 60 days prior to arrival you will be charged a $250.00 processing fee.
