Location is 5508 Turtle Cove Villas. Second bedroom with two single beds. All appliances including new washer/dryer and kitchen utensils. Villa is an end unit with a sidewalk/path, which makes unit away from parking area lights. Children programs available through Night Heron Park- Camp Kiawah. Substantial owner discount for unfilled partial weeks.
Recent (8/09) renter's comments, "Thanks again for the stay at your place. Just got home this morning. Everything was fine there and we had a great time. The place was really nice, had a great view, and was a short bike ride to just about everything. The only problem is that two weeks goes by much too fast down there!"

Rental Policies
Rules and policies of the island apply. One night stay allowed, but with cleaning fee of $117.00 plus indicated one night rate. Dailey rates do not include departure cleaning fee.
$200 for confirmation with balance due one month prior to rental period.
Payments applied towards future rental if cancelled one month or less prior to rental, full refund if we are able to re-rent the unit, all payments returned with good reason for cancellation.
