Description of the Property
Retreat at Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon.
Our recently remodeled home has comfortable accommodations for 10 people. On the main floor there are three bedrooms with queen size beds, and two full baths.
Upstairs there is the "bunkroom", with two sets of bunk beds and a bumper pool table. A third full bath, and a loft with cable TV, DVD, VCR, and stereo are located upstairs as well.
The kitchen is equipped with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, small appliances, pots, pans and dishware. There is also a Weber barbecue on the huge wrap-around deck. For those who prefer not to cook, the Ranch Lodge, Sisters, and Camp Sherman offer excellent restaurants only minutes away.
For your convenience, bedding, towels, a washer and two dryers are provided. A cleaning service is required, $100 fee.

Rental Rate Notes
Summer rental rate is by the week (Friday to Friday) - cleaning fee included. Nightly rental rate - $200 per night plus cleaning fee - $125. Holiday rental rate - $250 per night plus cleaning fee - $125. Check in is 6:00 pm. Check out is 12:00 pm.Rental Policies
Guests are responsible for laundering their linens. Two sets of washer/dryers are provided.
Deposit is required. $500 for weekly rental. $200 for rental less than one week.
Full refund if cancelled 45 days before full week stays. No refund if canceled in less than 30 days before full week stays.
