Description of the Property
Quaint A-Frame located on Paw Paw Lake in Southwestern Michigan with large sandy beach shared with other members of the condominium association. The swimming beach area is surrounded by piers and also has a wooden deck for relaxing and enjoying the sun and water. The property also has a pond popular with fishermen of all ages. and its own private "slip" for guests to use when docking their own or a rented boat or jet ski. The A-frame sits atop a small hill overlooking not only the lake front but also a wide expanse of grassy and tree-lined acreage with plenty of room for horseshoes, bean bags, softball, football, badmitton, or volleyball. A tire swing and tether ball as well as a designated area for volleyball/badmitton complete the wide expanse of grassy area. Behind the A-frame is a recently renovated, beautiful tennis court to enjoy.
The A-frame is very homey and cottage-like. is fully furnished, and is a a very comfortable place to relax and unwind. The bedrooms are upstairs with bedroom number one having a queen size bed and dresser. Bedroom number two has trundle beds a full sized bed and a dresser. The kitchen has all cooking and eating utensils, a kitchen table that contains a poker table when the top is turned over, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. In the living room is a sleeper sofa and a matching love seat. There is also a futon for extra sleeping space if needed, a couple of tables, and a 27 inch Tv/vcr/dvd with cable. The living room opens onto a sceened -in porch with tables and chairs to sit on to relish the view of the hillside and lakefront over morning or evening refreshments. The porch opens onto a small deck with a charcoal grill provided for your enjoyment. The unit is air conditioned and heated.

Rental Rate Notes
Labor Day and Memorial Day weekend are rented out for the weekend for three nights (Friday-Sunday) for $415 per weekend. Weekly vacation rentals are between between Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends for $725.00 per week with check in on Sundays at 1 p.m. and check out on Saturdays at 3 p.m. pm. Units must be left "broom clean" with any unwashed linens and towels placed under the staircase. Rentals require a down deposit of $100 per week which is non-refundable. The same deposit is required for weekends. This can be mailed to Jack Love, 9920 S. Winchester Avenue, Chicago, IL 60643 Fall Rental rates begin right after Labor Day and are $600 per week and $300 for a 3 day weekend. These rates apply through the end of October. The boat slip is available year round.Rental Policies
Rentals during the summer season require a $100 deposit that is non-refundable at time of reservation. Weekend rentals during the summer season require the same amount. During the off-season, deposit is one month's rent - which is $770 including all utilities and cable. Off season rentals occur on a month to month basis. During the summer season, check in is on Sundays at 1 p.m. and check out is on Saturdays at 12 noon (Eastern time).
Deposit is required at time of reservation. $100 for summer weekly or weekend rentals. $770 for month to month rentals in the off season.
No refund on deposits for the summer season.
