Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Mid-week rentals will cost more. Rates are subject to change without notice. Please contact owner for current pricing. Pay by check, money order or secure online payment through PayPal. 50% down secures dates. 100% payment, plus refundable security deposit due 60 days in advance of stay. Owner pays for cleaning service three times weekly. Owner pays taxes and fees relating to rental.Rental Policies
All guests are required to sign a standard two-page rental agreement. Upon payment, you will receive receive Casa Notes, which provides info about the condo, restaurant recommendations and ideas for fun day trips! Rates are for Saturday to Saturday stays. Mid-week rentals will cost more than posted weekly rate. Owner can help you arrange reliable, door to door transportation from the airport.
A deposit of 50% of the rental is required to secure dates. 100% payment plus refundable security deposit must be paid 60 days in advance. The deposit can be made through check, money order or credit card (fee applies for credit card processing). Owner pays for cleaning service three times weekly. Owner pays for taxes and fees relating to rental.
Cancellation policy: 60+ days in advance of check-in date -- deposit will be refunded, less $100. 30-60 days in advance of check-in date -- 50% of deposit will be refunded. Less than 30 days, deposit will not be refunded. We do recommend that you consider getting travel insurance for your protection.
