The first floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds, perfect for older couples who prefer to be on one level, or for lots of kids. The bedroom is next to the kitchen, dining and main living area, and has a full bathroom on the same floor. The second floor has the master king bed suite with two closets, sunken tub, shower and two sink bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a king bed and a separate full bath also on the second floor. There is a queen sleeping sofa located on the third floor sleeping loft, as well as panoramic views of the neighborhood and beach.
It's walking distance from the 150-store, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, nestled on a private street on the beachside of Highway 98. There are no roads to cross and the beach is a 4 minute walk to the private brick-paved path to private Miramar Beach. The community pool is 4 houses away. The street has paved sidewalks, night lamps and ends in a cul-de-sac, so it is perfect for small playing children and for a lazy night walk.

There is a heated community pool four houses away, private garage parking for three cars, gas barbeque grill outside shower, and all the amenities for a fabulous family vacation that will create wonderful memories.

On site amenities include televisions in every bedroom with VCR or DVD player, HBO premium cable, crib and high chair for infants, private decks off of every bedroom, outdoor shower, private street with no roads to cross and community pool 4 houses away. Also, walking distance to Silver Sands Outlet Mall with 150 stores, supermarkets, restaurants and 15 minute drive to downtown Destin and to 30A restaurants.
The community only has 29 homes and most are rented to families during the summertime, so there is a family vacation atmosphere that most rentors enjoy during their vacation. Mirimar Beach is a private beach so even in the summer the 80-ft beach is not crowded and is the site of families laughing and enjoying beach activities such as volleyball and building sand castles

Rental Rate Notes
All rates for one week include all taxes and cleaning fees. $500 to reserve dates, the remainder is due 60 days prior to the rental. $100 cleaning fee will be added for less than 7-night stay. Doggies accepted for $100 non refundable cleaning fee. Full refund up to 60 days prior to rental. Rentals to age 25 qnd older adults. No college or teenage spring break groups allowed. Full refund in case of hurricane. $25 finance charge added for any credit card processing.Rental Policies

Full refunds for hurricane weather. Dogs require $100 non-refundable cleaning fee. No smoking; no college students or young adults groups under age 25. $25 processing charge fopr credit card charges

Full refund up to 60 days prior to visit or for hurricane declared by US Weather Service declared prior to visit to land during visit. Every attempt will be made to rent the facility if there is an unexpected cancellation and return as much of the deposit as possible.
