Rental Rate Notes

Occupancy is for 8 people. Each additional person is $10 per night or $50 per week. 50% of reservation amount deposit is required to hold reservation and balance is due 10 days prior to arrival. Reservations may be cancelled up to 30 days prior with a 10% handling charge on deposit. NOTE: Holiday Weeks are $1700 per week and require a 7 night minimum stay. This includes Memorial Day, July 4 and Labor Day

Rental Policies

Refunds are given less a 10% handling charge if cancellation is given 30 days prior to date of reservation with the exception of Holidays which require a non-refundable deposit.
