North East, Florida, beach house, 2500-square-foot octagon sits 300 yards from the Atlantic on Vilano Beach which is the southern tip of Ponte Vedra Island, includes large second-story party deck that has clear views of both the Atlantic and the Intercostal through historical downtown Saint Augustine. The USA's Oldest City! Has a great view of the old lighthouse through the octagon portal window.

Some of the country's best tours are three miles away, we recommend the Old Jail Tour. Five miles north in Ponte Vedra are some of the world's most famous golf courses. By vehicle here are some approximate drive times going the speed limit: * Jacksonville International Airport - 30 minutes * Golf Hall of Fame, World Village - 30 minutes * Daytona Beach/Speedway - 45 minutes * University of Florida - 45 minutes * Orlando/Universal - one hour/30 minutes * Disney World/Epcot - two hours
