Stately Baja-Villa is located on the beach at San Antonio del Mar six miles north of Rosarito. The house is over 5500 square feet and has three large patios, all with panoramic views of the coast and the Coronado islands. There is a jacuzzi in which you can watch the sunset and luxurious amenities and appointments, including private steps to a sandy secluded beach, eighteen steps below the patio. There are three huge bedrooms with six bathrooms (including two jacuzzi tubs) and multiple sleeping couches to accomodate 10 to 15 people. The house also has an atrium with two palm trees and a ten foot by sixteen foot wide waterfall. The house is situated in a gated community which has its own tennis courts, pools, restaurants and is only thirteen miles south of Tijuana on the Toll road.

Rental Rate Notes
There is a 2 night minimum for all months except June, July, August and September where there is a 3 night minimum. Holiday rates may differ (please contact for details).Rental Policies
Reservation Policy Assuming your dates are available a lease agreement will be sent to you via fax or email. To secure your dates you must return the lease agreement, the deposit plus an additional $85 cleaning fee within one week. The full payment must be sent 30 days before your trip begins unless otherwise discussed. A week prior to your visit, keys and detailed instructions will be sent to you.
Deposits range from $500 to $1500. The deposit is returned after the stay.
