Rental Rate Notes
Rental rates: FALL-WINTER-SPRING $1,400 per week (September-June), SUMMER $2,100 per week (June-September). Reservations require a $500 deposit; balance of the rental rate is due with cleaning fee 30 days prior to occupancy. Changes are subject to a $50 fee. A 30 day cancellation policy is required to receive a 100% refund, minus a $100 processing fee. With fewer than 30 days notice, no refunds apply. Security deposit is $500. Cleaning Fee is $100. MasterCard and VISA accepted.
Private deck is ideal for outside entertaining and relaxation.
Living room offers comfortable seating adjacent to fireplace.
Master bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and private bath.
Guest bedroom can be converted from twin beds to a comfortable king.
