Sandy Palms is a newly cosntructed villa in an upscale development called Sandy Ridge, which is off of I-4 Exit 58 towards Champions Gate. Near prestigeous Reunion offering signature golf courses and other activities. Champions Gate, another golf community, is just a short drive away with shops and pharmacies such as Walgreens, CVS and Publix.
Interior of all rooms are furnished and decorated with modern flair. This house has two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. One bedroom has a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with two drop-in sink and plenty of storage. The other master bedroom has a queen size bed, closet space and dresser and a private bathroom with shower and linen closet. Both master bedrooms are overlooking the tranquil lake. Third bedroom is furnished with Queen size bed, a dresser and closet providing plenty of storage. Fourth bedroom has two twin beds and a large walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have access to the full size bathroom in the hallway with a linen closet. All bedroom have hangers, Televisions, DVD's, alarm clocks. Fresh, clean and colorful linens and towels are provided for your convenience. The livingroom has modern seating arrangements with a pull-out sleeper for additional guests. From livingroom guests can enter the patio and pool, which has a view to the lake. Pool and Jacuzzi heating is optional. Patio furniture and gas grill on premises.The dining room set is a Tommy Bahama style design with rattan mirror. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of storage and all the necessaties to make great meals. Laundry room has oversized washer/dryer.

Rental Rate Notes
Additional charge for pool heat $225/per week (optional, depending on season) $85.00 cleaning service. $100.00 additonal rate per night. 12% tax on totalRental Policies
No smoking and no pets allowed on property. Treat this home with respect and leave it the way you found it, so the next guest can enjoy their stay. Accidents and breakage need to be addressed right away.
$300.00 dollar deposit within 48 hours of reservation. Remaining balance must be paid in full thirty (30) days prior to your arrival at the Sandy Palms. Payments are only in US dollars excepted and can be made in form of cashiers, personal checks or pay pal for a fee in the amount of $15.00 Any returned checks a fee of $25.00 will be applied.
Cancellation are unfortunate but there are rules that we need to address. Any cancellation 60 days prior to your scheduled stay, your deposit will be refunded 100%. Any cancellation 59 days or less 50% of your deposit will be refunded. Any cancellation less than thirty days are non-refundable.
