Rental Policies
Rental Agreement available upon request
$500.00 deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival time. $500.00 security deposit due with final payment and refundable 10 business days after departure.
Cancellations prior to 90 days are fully refundable. Cancellations within 90 days of arrival date are subject to a full refund if condo is rented for that same time period less a 5% cancellation fee. If condo can not be rented in that same time frame, all monies will be forfeited. (Security deposit will be refunded)
