Welcome to the Atlantic Ocean! You will be staying in a direct oceanfront corner unit condo on the 3rd floor. Living room has direct straight-on view and view up the coast to the north toward Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral (windows on two sides). Both bedrooms have direct view of the beach. This unit is closest to the beach in the whole building. Sitting on the balcony is practically like sitting on the sand below. No road to cross - walk out the building onto the sand. Our building is located on a quiet beach with miles of sand in either direction.
Just updated with upscale tastes - fresh paint, new carpet, all new furniture, new artwork, new TVs. Cable TV in both bedrooms and living room. BIG screen plasma TV in living room. Spacious master bedroom suite with Queen-size bed, walk-in-closet, and vanity area. Second bedroom has two twin beds and a trundle bed. Sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen fully equipped.
We are five minutes south of Cocoa Beach, 15 minutes south of Kennedy Space Center, one hour east of Orlando. Spend the day at Disney and come back to the beach at night! Have the best of both worlds being in quiet Satellite Beach and only five minutes away from Cocoa Beach attractions. Satellite Beach / Melbourne area has Great restaurants, a world-class tennis center minutes away, and golf close by.
Our condo is licensed by the State of Florida and Brevard County for weekly rental, having passed inspection for compliance with state regulations governing fire code, health and safety. Not many condo rentals can make this claim!

Rental Policies
Weekly rentals usually go Saturday to Saturday -- however, if you need different arrival or depature dates, please inquire. Monthy rental available. Please inquire about longer term rental. Must be 25 years or older to rent.
50% of rental fee due when booking reservation. Remainder of rent plus security deposit ($400) and tax due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit is refunded, minus $80 cleaning fee, upon satisfactory inspection after departure.
