Delaware Riverfront Cottage

Deleware Riverfront Cottage: This fully furnished cottage is located 4 miles from the village of Milford Pennsylvania. It sits 30 feet above the Delaware River within the Delaware River National Recreation Area. Built in the 1940's, the house is furnished with comfortable antiques. Canoe and kayak rentals are a two minute walk away. There are three bedrooms: two cozy bedrooms are located on the second floor, the third bedroom is on the first floor. The first floor also has an open living /dining room with a fireplace, bathroom and well equipped kitchen. The backyard on the riverbank has a stone dining table, charcoal grill, koi pond and bluestone patio. This rental is limited to 6 guests.

On-Site Amenities

Outdoor stone dining table and 2 bluestone patios. Stairs down to the river. Campfire pit beside the river. Koi Pond. All rooms have fans, downstairs bedroom is air-conditioned.

Rental Policies

The house can only accommodate 6 people due to it's size and septic system. The house was built in the 1940's and is furnished from that period. We ask that you treat the house with care and you leave the house as clean as you found it. We ask that you bring your own sheets and towels. A clean bath matt and dish towels are provided. We ask for 1/2 the rental fee in advance to hold the house. 30 days in advance cancellation full refund. Less than 30 days you loose your deposit.
