It sits 30 feet above the Delaware River within the Delaware River National Recreation Area. Built in the 1940's, the house is furnished with comfortable antiques. Canoe and kayak rentals are a two minute walk away. There are three bedrooms: two cozy bedrooms are located on the second floor, the third bedroom is on the first floor. The first floor also has a spacious living room with a fireplace, bathroom and kitchen. Linen for all beds, towels and cookware are provided. The backyard on the riverbank has a stone dining table, charcoal grill, koi pond and bluestone patio.
