Rental Rate Notes
*****Call for June Special*****Rental Policies
Rental Customer must be 25 years of age or older. Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 3PM. Absolute checkout time is 10AM, so that we may prepare for our next arrivals. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please, NO PETS and NO SMOKING. If any evidence of pets or smoking is established, your security deposit will be forfeited. Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed in the home at anytime is restricted to the number mutually agreed upon and stated on the rental contract. Your security deposit will be forfeited if this number is exceeded. Housekeeping: Accomodations will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. Linens are provided and must not be removed from the unit. There is not an on-site housekeeper. Long Distance Calls: You will need a calling card to make your long distance calls from the home. Local calls are free. Severe Weather: If hurricane or other extreme weather conditions occur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Accommodation refunds wil be prorated from the time of your departure from the island during the mandatory evacuation. Rental payment balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order or cashier's check.
A security depoist of $500 will be required at the time the reservation is made. This will need to be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order or cashier's check. This payment will be refunded within 15 days of departure, providing there is no damgage or theft to the unit and all policies and conditions are followed. If repairs to the unit are required as a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right ot apply the deposit to offset the expense fo the repairs.
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 30 days prior to your arrival, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your deposit will be forfeited.
