This great family vacation home is also located close to amusements such as miniature golf, go carts, and Osage National Golf course just minutes away! Many restaurants are close by car or by boat. This rental home is able to sleep 6, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, with 1 King size and 1 Full size bed, and Full size Futon Nestled is a Very, Very, quiet, No Wake Cove, it's the perfect place to relax without the worry of rough or a rocking dock. This Lake of the Ozarks rental home, also includes a 1 well dock that would accomidate a ski boat or bass boat, with also a swim platform and paddle boat. The dock is literally steps away from the home. This home has a full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and fully supplied utensils, dishes, and cookware. Also included are a washer and dryer for those week long vacations. The screened in porch is great for an outdoor dinner with use of the furnished propane gas grill. Also included are bedding and towels.

General rules to this Lake of the Ozarks rental home are: 1. No smoking in the home 2. (1) Pet ok-40lbs or under ($40 deposit refundable if no damage) 3. Please leave as clean as at the beginning of your stay. 4. Home will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival and after your departure. No daily cleaning,but clean towels will be provided if needed. 5. You the guest, is responsible for leaving the home in the condition at beginning of stay. 6. Check in is after 2pm 7. Check out is 11am (no exeptions) 8. Upon check in, a rental agreement and door key pad code will be issued. Full payment is due at that time if payment has not already been made. PLEASE ABIDE POLICIES AND RESPECT THE PROPERTY FOR THE RENTERS COMING IN AFTER YOU
1st night's stay deposit required 1 month in advance. Just call/email your reservation and mailing address will be given for your payment.
Refunds if cancellation is made 30 days or more from the date of checkin.
