Rental Policies
If this home is fully rented check in time is at 3PM and checkout is at Noon. We welcome guests of all ages, however, we cannot rent to un-chaperoned minors. Parents are responsible for the safety of their small children, especially in regard to the swimming pool and hammock. Absolutely no smoking inside home is permitted.
Policies A 50% security deposit secures your dates. Cashiers check or money order accepted. Master Card/ Visa or American Express Accepted thru Paypal. (Paypal will send you an email for you to submit your credit card info)
Refunds Cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. Within 30 days, the deposit is no longer refundable.
