First floor has one bedroom with full size bed, bath, living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, radio,dining room, kitchen, stove, refrigerator, blender, dishwasher, garbage disposal and eating area. Laundry facilities in basement. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed plus two twin beds, another bedroom with a queen bed and one room with a double bed, and bath . House is fully equiped with all dishes, glassware, coffee pot, pots and pans, and linens. Bathroom tissue, soap, laundry soap, provided. House has central air, front porch for sitting and enjoying the summer evenings in a wooded setting across from Lake Michigan. Small screened in porch off from the kitchen. Outdoor grill provided. You can also walk next door to the Historic Lakeside Inn where you can enjoy having breakfast if you don't feel like cooking. Area is great for taking walks, biking or jogging. The area has numerous antique shops, art galleries, wineries, Warren Dunes State Park, horse back riding , 10 miles from the new Four Winds Resort Casino, Light House Mall numerous outlet stores, charter boats, bicycle musuem, Curious Kids Musuem, Captain Mikes Fun Park, Art Shows, Annual Apple Cider Century Bicycle Tour, 15 minutes from the Four Winds Casino, restuarants and festivals during the spring, and summer . The best of all is the breathtaking sunsets on the shores and beaches of Lake Michigan, it is truly a sight to behold. Take I-94 to exit 6 in Union Pier, Michigan, after you come off the exit follow the sign that points to Union Pier and Red Arrow Highway, go about two miles, you will come to a stop sign, turn north, or right onto Red Arrow Hwy go one mile until you come to Lakeshore Road, it will be on the left hand side, turn left onto Lakeshore Road, Lakeside Gallery bright orange building with large piece of iron art work by the building is on the corner where you turn onto Lakeshore Road, keep to the right of the road after you turn onto Lakeshore Road, go less than a quarter of a mile, House of 11 Gables will be located on the right hand side of the street, first house after you pass the Lakeside Inn. Check in at the Lakeside Inn for keys. DO NOT USE MAP QUEST it will only confuse you!

Rental Rate Notes
Two night minimum beginning September 8, 2009 - May 21, 2010. Weekly rates begin Memorial Weekend.Rental Policies
House is to left in an orderly condition. Guest renting will be responsible for any damages to house or it's furnishings or equipment. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.
Half of rental, deposit, plus a $200 damage deposit amount is due upon booking, balance is due one month prior to arrival. Rental deposit is not refundable unless the house is rebooked for the dates you reserved. Damage deposit will be refunded within one week after inspection of the house and the premises, if there is no damage. Additional $500 fee for signs of smoking. If damages amount to more than the $200 you will be sent a bill with an explanation of the charges.
Refund will not be given once deposit is made unless the house is rebooked for the time period you reserved.
