Rental Policies
$500 deposit required to hold the unit for your selected dates. 1/2 rent due 60 days prior to rental; balance due 30 days prior to rental.
Deposit will be returned within a week of guest vacating premises if there is no damage to the premises (normal wear and tear excepted). A cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted from the deposit.
Refunds will be given if a suitable replacement renter is found.
