Palm Desert has something to offer for the entire family including your family pet, preferrably a small one! You will not be disappointed and will want to return year after year!

Rental Rate Notes
$500 Refundable Deposit required. $150 Non-refundable cleaning deposit. $350 Additional pet deposit.Rental Policies
Reservations are only confirmed once a deposit has been made. A contract will be faxed, e-mailed or mailed upon review and signing a cancellation policy will be in effect. Any complaints from neighbors, due to noise or nusances may result in the refund of your deposit and future rental abilities may be revoked. Additional persons are to be reported to owners. Pets must be approved prior to arrival. THE PROPERTY CANNOT BE BOOK MORE THAN 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE - Please contact in more booking time is later than 4 months in advance.
A fully refundable deposit is most likely to be returned unless items are broken or excessive damage or cleaning is reqiured. Deposits will be returned within 15 days of departure.
A full refund will be returned as long as the times reserved are booked by another party. Percentages will be returned depending on the time of notification. This is clearly spelled out in our rental agreement.
