The house has been completely remodeled recently with slate and bamboo floors, granite countertops and sisal carpet. Beautifully decorated with a comfortable feel of home. The property features a private swimming pool and abundant palm trees and catus gardens. Play billiards on the pool table or loung outside in the private yard near the swimming pool. Our house is located in popular south Palm Desert just one mile from El Paseo shopping center, down the street from "The Living Desert" and close to "Tthe River" shops and restaurants. it is also covenient to Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage and Indian Wells as well as the desert's casinos.
