Rental Policies
Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the renter. This includes garbage pick-up & removal, dishes cleaned, linens removed from beds and left on beds, towels left in down stairs bath tub
$250 security deposit and two night accommodation deposit must be made at time of booking. Full stay deposit must be made 30 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit refunded within two weeks following stay. Full refund on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. Forfeiture of two nights accomodations on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of arrival subject to rebooking (if rebooked then all other refund policies apply). Security deposit is not subject to refund policy and is fully refundable on no shows.
