Description of the Property
Beaux Reves is located 10 minutes from Central Healdsburg and less than 5 minutes to Geyserville in Sonoma County Wine Country. The home is set on a knoll, with valley and vineyard views, and quick freeway access. Four bedrooms and Two bathrooms with two stories, beautiful island kitchen, two fireplaces, living room and parlor, huge outdoor area with lawns, carriage house, hot tub, and gardens. Boat parking/storage possible.
As our guests drive up to the gated driveway, they use their 'clicker' to open the gate and drive up to the property. If our guests are interested in boating, the carriage house is more than adequate to store your boat for Lake Sonoma recreation. Two fountains provide nice water rhythms, and gardens and lawns surround the home. Walking through the side door, you enter the dining room and kitchen areas. Beautifully remodelled, the kitchen has high quality appliances, island and family style dining table. These areas adjoin the formal living room which has beautiful sofas and chairs, large flat screen TV, and gas fireplace (which also provides the heat - very warm!!.
To the left of the dining room area is the laundry room with washer and dryer, and further down the hallway is one of the full bathrooms, with shower/tub combo. To the right of the kitchen area is one of the bedrooms with full bed and separately the parlor, with 2nd fireplace, and again, comfy sofas/chairs for conversation, reading, or quiet time. Passed the parlo is the 2nd bedroom, with queen size bed and pillow top mattress (all beds are pillow top mattress).
The second story has two additional bedrooms with queen beds and a second modern, updated and remodeled full bathroom with beautiful walk in tile shower.
A hot tub completes the setting.

Beaux Reves is a historic remodeled farm house. The wrap around porch is just great on which to sit and read, drink wine, or watch the sunrise. There is a wonderful large country kitchen and dining area flowing into the family room here, featuring flat screen tv, dvd. Two gas fireplaces provide heating for the home, as well as atmosphere and ambiance. In summer, the ceiling fans keep the home cool, and because of the location next to the hillside, the heat of the day is kept at a minimum.

Activities and Attractions
Beaux Reves vacation rental home is located in Sonoma County Wine Country. There are dozens of wineries nearby for tasting or touring. For bicycle enthusiasts, many of the back roads are used for great bicycle routes and impromptu rides all over the area.
Lake Sonoma is also nearby. There is a little known arm of the lake called Yordi Creek, which caters to canoes and kayaks. It is a quiet little spot, good for picnics as well. For the water sports enthusiast, Beaux Reves has room for your boat, if you're spending a few of your days on Lake Sonoma. You can put in your ski boat at the marina, and wander off to several good water ski or jet ski areas.
The Russian River is also nearby, and via a short drive our guests can rent kayaks, canoes, tubes, or throw in a line and try your fly fishing skills.
Several scenic drives will take you through famous wine growing regions, such as Alexander and Dry Creek Valleys, or for those that want to make it a day, go out to the coast via Anderson Valley and visit Mendocino, Fort Bragg, or Bodega Bay, all lovely coastal towns.

2 night minimum Rates shown not inclusive of 11% tax and service fees. Winter rates from Jan 5 - Feb. 28, get 3 nights for the price of 2.Rental Policies
Upon making reservation 1/2 of total is due immediately. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival Guest Agreement is sent for signature and return is due within 10 days of making reservation. Check in is 3:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m. Cancellation is 60 days prior to arrival, less $30 cancellation fee.

If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to arrival, full refund less $30 cancellation fee is given back to Guest. If cancellation is less than 60 days prior to arrival but more than 21 days prior to arrival, 1/2 deposit is forfeited unless property can be rebooked for same dates. If cancellation is made 30 days or less prior to arrival entire amount of rental is forfeited unless property can be rebooked.
