Perched high above the tree tops, this home is perfect for those looking for lots of privacy, and for those looking for accommodations close to the beach. This home is located adjacent to "Warren Dunes State Park" in the Tower Hill/Shorelands area of Sawyer. The home offers a very open floor plan on the main floor, with the 2+ bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. This home also features a wood burning fireplace and Hot Tub with spectacular views. There are many stairs up to the home and down to the beach, but the views and location make it worthwhile. Across the street from a private beach in Sawyer.

** Bunk Bed is in bedroom with the Queen bed. Day bed with Trundle is in the landing between two bedrooms, and is not an actual bedroom. This cottage is Pet Friendly with an appropriate pet fee and prior approval.

Rental Policies

Call (269)469-0468 ext 112 or email to check on availability, listing your top choices in order of preference, and the specific dates you are interested in. Upon making your reservation, you will provide us with your Name, Address, Phone, Plus Credit Card Number to confirm your reservation. For deposit, we will bill 1/2 the cost of the rental to your credit card. The balance is billed directly to your credit card upon arrival. We can then either fax or mail you confirmation and the rental agreement. Please review and sign rental agreement, then fax or mail it to our office ASAP. Deposits are returned only if we are able to re-book your reservation. The full amount will be charged if reservation is not re-booked.
