Rental Policies
*** A 10% Discount is given for rentals of 7 Days or More *** 1. Check-in time is at 4pm and check-out time is at 11am. 2. A deposit in the amount of $500.00 must be made within 7 days of booking a reservation. This deposit will become a security deposit from which a $150.00 cleaning fee shall be deducted from. The balance will be refunded when the home is returned in about the same condition it was given, and with a complete inventory. 3. Full Rental payment, plus 10% Occupancy Tax must be received 45 days prior to the commencement of the rental date. 4. CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing. We will only refund your full deposit and payment if notice of cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the rental commencement date. No Refund shall be given otherwise. 5. Holiday Weekend rates (i.e. Christmas, New Year's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, etc.) are subject to change without notice.
