Description of the Property
The Crabtrapper Beach House is locate just 5 minutes from the Clinton Ferry dock. The beach house is right on the sandy shores of Puget Sound. This two-story house has two bedrooms and full bath upstairs and the kitchen and living room is downstairs. The beach house is about 1000 square feet with a washer/dryer room. The house is fully furnished with bedding and towels as well as a fully equipted kitchen. There is a 52 inch television with Vcr/dvd player. The TRUE hi-light however is the front yard.an incredible view right on the beach. The deck leads to the grassy yard with a BBQ and fire pit.which then leads to the boat launch allowing easy access to the sandy beach. Bring the kids.watch the wonder and smiles grow as they discover bald eagles flying over head, feeding the seaguls, curious seals or just making the best sand castle. When the tide is out it is just a 35 minute walk to the Clinton Ferry dock or just a 7 mile drive to Langley. Langley is "small-town charm" loaded with antique shops and art galleries as well as wonderful food and "The Clyde". The Clyde is the movie theater from days past with up to date movies playing. Whidbey Island is loaded with farmers markets and historical sights. A short ferry ride from the city and you feel like you are really away on vacation.

The Crabtrapper Beach House is a place to relax and unwind. The nautical theme and magical setting make it such a wonderful place to stay. There is plenty of parking at the beach house. Bring your bikes...there is a bike trail just up the hill from the house.

Rental Policies
We do not retain a cleaning/damage deposit with the expectation that the beach house will be left in the condition it was found; with exception of any remaining towels and bedding.
We ask for the first night rate to hold the reservation with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your stay.
Full refund will be issues with a two week notice. The first night rate will not be refunded if the notice of cancellation is less than two weeks.
