Rental Policies

No pets or smoking anywhere on the property premises Check in time: 3 pm Check out time: 10 am. This rental does not include housekeeping services. This unit is owned and managed by a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent. 50% due at time of reservation non-refundable, balance due 15 days before check in. Reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due date. There are no refunds for early departure. $500 security deposit. Your security deposit will be returned if all condo items are intact and in good condition for our next guests. Smoking is not permitted and clean up (i.e.carpets, upholstery, linens) from any smoking violations will be taken from your security deposit. The replacement cost of $15 will be charged for any lost keys.
