Description of the Property
Doubleview is a brand-new house on a hilltop overlooking the spectacular Atlantic and Caribbean waters of Eleuthera. The house was constructed in 2005.
The interior finishes are first-quality. The house has stone floors throughout, the kitchen countertops are polished riverstone, and the bathrooms have marble sinks, teak vanities, and riverstone shower surrounds. The furnishing are comfortable and tasteful. The large deck is arranged as an outdoor living space, with dining table, lounge chairs, propane grill, and occasional seating.
Virtually everything in the house, from appliances to linens to dishes and glassware, is also brand new. We furnished the house to the level of comfort that we would want in our own home. after all, it is our home away from home. We hope you will be as comfortable there as we are, when you are our guests.

Rental Rate Notes
Reduced rates for extended stays availableRental Policies
Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. However, depending on what other rentals are confirmed or anticipated, a different pattern might be possible. Inquire when you make your reservation. Reservations You can reserve the house by contacting us, and we will put a hold on the dates you want. We will hold a reservation for one week pending payment of deposit, at which time we would need to relase the dates.
There is a deposit of $650 (for a one week rental) due at time of reservation. Deposits for longer rentals are 50% of the quoted fee. Balance is due one month before your anticipated arrival date.
Cancellations must be made via email to Upon receipt of your cancellation, we will open the dates back up for rental. If we are able to rent the house at normal rates over your dates, we will refund your deposit. If we are unable to rent the house, your deposit is forfeit.
