Deluxe, oceanfront villa with four master bedroom suites. Each bedroom is separately keyed, has its own bathroom, sitting area, cable TV, phone, clock radio, hairdryer, and all have either a King-size bed or 2 Queen beds. Second-level balcony is accessible by all bedrooms for the enjoyment of all guests.

Fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar has granite counter tops, furniture that was custom designed and hand-carved for this villa, and is equipped with high-quality appliances - stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and cooking utensils.

Living area is spacious with two full-size sofas and an over-sized chair, and 36-inch TV with VCR, DVD, and CD entertainment center. Wireless DSL "hotspot" Internet service added February 2006 (computer is not provided).

Amenities also include a private fresh-water pool with flowing waterfall from jetted jacuzzi, large deck for entertainment, private sandy beach, ocean kayak, two-zone air conditioner with ceiling fans throughout, phone, and BBQ Charcoal grill. Linens are provided.

The best snorkeling on all of Cayman is right off our beach!!!! All water activity equipment is available for rent only a 2-minute drive away. Other available activities include scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiiing, shelling, boating, hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding, and shopping. The villa also has a 450 lb. row boat available for additional rent. Ocean Frontiers, the most popular dive operation on the island, is just 5 minutes away.

There are approximately 10 great restaurants within a 2- to 20-minute drive, and the East End grocery is within 6 minutes of the villa.

On-Site Amenities

The best snorkeling on the island is perhaps right off our beach, due to the reef off our shore! This is also one of the closest rental properties to Ocean Frontiers, for scuba diving and other water activities.

Rental Policies

No Smoking - No Pets allowed. Reservations are confirmed when Villa has received an executed Rental Agreement within 14 days of the date your reservation is made along with an advance payment equal to 50% of the total rent due if the reservation is made more than 60 days in advance, or full payment if the reservation is made less than 60 days in advance. The signed Agreement and applicable payment (Visa, MasterCard, or Personal Check only) must be submitted in order to secure your rental. Final balance is due fice sixty (60) days prior to your scheduled arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Personal checks are not permitted within the 60 day period prior to arrival. Credit card payments can be made over the phone or via email. All cancellation and/or reservation changes must be made in writing (email is permitted) to Villa. Once your reservation has been confirmed, any cancellation will invoke the following cancellation policy: We cannot refund any payment for a canceled reservation unless that rental property is re-rented for the entire canceled period and for the same rate. Once the rental property is re-rented for the same time period and rate as your original reservation, your advance payment will be refunded less a cancellation/ reservation fee of $100, and a credit card processing fee of 4.75%. You may also apply the deposit toward a future stay within a one-year period. We will make every effort to re-rent the rental property; however, if it is not re-rented, you will forfeit your entire payment. If the Villa is sold or uninhabitable due to hurricane, etc., the Guest is entitled to a full refund.
