Description of the Property
Our luxury villa is designed with a distinctive Caribbean flavor; warm, tropical, and easy-going. It features tiled floors, wrap-around balconies, and high arching windows displaying the fantastic ocean front view. Tasteful furnishings complement the traditional Bahamian colonial style and full air conditioning adds comfort to your stay.
The Master Bedroom features a King size bed and a private bath with whirlpool tub. The upper level is completed by two more bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with a pair of twin beds, and a shared full bath. Also available are two roll away beds, allowing the villa to comfortably sleep 6 with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests.
The main level features a fully-equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and the all important blender. For your added convenience, it also includes washer and dryer, satellite TV, computer with high-speed internet access, wet bar with a small refrigerator, and a 1/2 bath. Off the main level balcony, the private pier and open gazebo provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view while dipping your feet into the turquoise ocean water.

Rental Policies
There is a 4 night minimum rental period. Discounts apply to bookings of more than 7 nights duration.
A booking and security deposit of 25% is required within 14 days to confirm your booking with the balance due 30 days before scheduled arrival
The rental balance may be made by US$ check or US bank transfer. Major credit cards are also accepted. The deposit (less a $50 administration fee) is refundable if cancellation is made at least 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. No refund is given if cancellation is made within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival.
