Our home has everything you could want. It is NOT a bare bones vacation rental. We have fully equipped it with every amenity. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are board games, CD's, DVD's, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler (with wheels), binolculars for whale watching. All our furnishings are top of the line and brand new in March 2006. We take a great deal of pride and care in maintaining our property to the highest standard. Cleaning fee & taxes added to rate. Refundable security deposit also required. Full refund if cancellation is within 60 days of arrival date. A/C available for additional $20 per day Discounts given for 30+ day stay. Weekly rate is daily rate x 7.Rental Policies
Rates are subject to change until booking is confirmed. Cleaning fee is collected with rental and includes 3 hours of cleaning + use and cleaning of all sheets and towels.
$300 deposit due at time of booking to hold date.
Deposit is refundable if no damage or additional costs are incurred.
