Bring your swimming suit!
With beautiful gulf waters only two blocks away, make sure you bring your swimming suit and plenty of sunscreen! You won't believe the soft, white, clean sand and blue waters for miles and miles. Your daily beach activities can include collecting a wide variety of shells, viewing the protected turtle's nests, watching dolphins swim in the Gulf, seeing the beautiful sunset as well as sunning, swimming, sailing, boating, parasailing, jet skiing and much more.

Barefoot Cottage is located one hour south of Tampa. You can also drive to Key West (about 4hrs), Disney (about 2.5hrs), Naples, beautiful Sanibel Island, Captiva Island and Fort Myers (about 2 hrs). Rental Rate Notes
Cleaning fee $85. Credit Cards Accepted through PayPal.com We Accept Dogs! Please add $5 per Day Dog Fee. $150 Security Deposit Guarantees Your Dates. 50% of Rental Fee is due 60 Days Prior To Your Stay. The Balance of Rental Fee is due 30 Days Prior To Your Stay. Weekly rates are based on a Saturday arrival - Friday departure. Weekend rates are based on a Friday - Sunday 3 night minimum subject to availability. We can accomodate a wide variety of travel schedules so please inquire. Rates are in $US and are subject to change without notice. Florida State and Federal Sales Tax of 11% applies. There is an additional one-time cleaning fee charge of $85. Dogs are welcome! There is an additional $5 per night charge for dogs. For weeks that include major holidays please add 15% to the above published rates. No smoking inside the home please. If there are additional items that would make your stay more comfortable, please let us know. Thank you for your interest!
Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of $150 to guarantee your dates. This deposit will be returned to you after checkout and inspection of the premises. 50% of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to reservation date. The balance is due 30 days prior to your reservation date.
A 60 day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
