At night popular State Street with all the fine dining restaurants, movie theatres and entertainment you can find is within easy 2 block walking distance. Location is also convenient to MTD bus lines to UCSB and Cottage Hospital.

Rental Rate Notes

Deposit required. Holiday Weekend minimum 4 night rental. Cleaning Fee $80 per rental. Plus, a damage deposit of $150 which is refundable within one week of check-out. Rentals are subject to City of Santa Barbara tax of 12% (exempt are rentals in excess of 30 days in a calendar month)

Rental Policies

There is a $80 cleaning fee per visit, plus a damage deposit of $150 which is refundable within one week of check-out. NO SMOKING. Inquiries about pets and children considered. Rentals are subject to City of Santa Barbara taxes of 12% (Rentals in excess of 30 days in a calendar month are tax exempt.) Please mail a check for 50% of the total due to hold the booking. Payment in full is required by 30 days prior to check-in. Your 50% deposit will be refunded in full up to 30-days before check-in date. There is no guaranteed refund beyond 30 days prior to check-in date, however, if I am able to rent to another party for the dates you had reserved, I will return your payment to you.
