The Architecture. It is a must see to believe mountain home. It takes its style from a typical timber frame design, but contains a vaulted ceiling constructed with hand-hewn logs that were individually notched by local wood craftsmen. The architect designed the home to be cantilevered from the 'bowl' and features three levels of living and three levels of viewing. The home has been showcased in several architectural professional journals. Livingston Peak cabin is located on 100 acres next to the Gallatin National Forest and overlooks the Absaroka Beartooth Wilderness in Montana. This mountain retreat sits in one of Montana's most protected, road less areas in the state and offers a rare opportunity for hiking, walking, viewing wildlife. In fact, the millions of acres of Wilderness that is located around you continues uninterrupted all of the way to Yellowstone National Park.

Friendly Pet Policy No smoking inside the home
Deposit is 50% of the total rent amount due and is due upon confirming reservation. (credit cards, money orders accepted). Balance of the rental amount due upon arrival. The amount of the security deposit is $500 and will be returned to the guest within 3 days of departure or will be credited to the guest's bank card within 3 days of the departure date.
Cancellation Policy: A full refund, less $75 will be offered if the cancellation is made 30 days before arrival date. If cancelled within the 30 days, we will do our best to fill the space, but a refund will be made only if the home can be re-rented. Refunds: The security deposit is intended to cover damages and missing items. As long as there have not been any problems, the security deposit will be refunded or credited back to your credit card account in full within 10 days of your departure.
