No need to bring anything but your clothes, toothbrush and maybe a few groceries which you can purchase just down the street. (THE POOL IS NOT Heated and is typically comfortable for swimming from late May to late September)

Rental Policies
This is a non-smoking property, however, you may smoke outdoors on the patio. All costs associated with restoring the property to a smoke-free environment will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the security deposit. Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 10:00am.
$500 reservation/damage deposit
A full refund of the security deposit will be issued within one week of departure provided there are no unusual cleaning, interior smoking or breakage issues.
