Available weekly or monthly year round. Check-in is at 2pm; Check-out is at 10am. Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday, but we're flexible on check-in & check-out days. There is a mandatory cleaning charge of $95 deducted from your security deposit.
Security Deposit of $1,000 due upon move-in. 50% of rent required to reserve your beach house. Balance due upon move-in.
Security Deposit of $1,000 (minus $95 cleaning fee) will be returned upon check-out providing the house is in the same condition as it was upon check-in.
