The Chinquapin Lakefront vacation rental home at the Lake of the Ozarks is one of the largest and most accomodating homes available for rent at the Lake of the Ozarks. The 6 bedroom lakefront home boasts nearly 6000 square feet and is able to accomodate up to 20 people. The home features 2 full kitchens , one on each level, 2 full living rooms, a game room and a 3 well dock with swim platform, waverunner hoist.
Four of the six bedrooms contain King Size beds, with the additional 2 bedrooms containing a full size bed and 6 bunk beds. Each living room is equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper as well as an electric fireplace. The game room provides a pool table, poker table and stereo. Cable TV and wireless internet are provided for all of the rentals as well as a VCR and DVD player.
The exterior of the home also provides room for enjoyment with a full upper level deck containing a BBQ grill, Smoker and room for outside dining. Take a soak in the hot tub or relax on the martini deck that overlooks the large quiet cove. The large flat lot also provides for outside fun and there is an extra lot adjacent to the home which allows for extra parking or trailer parking.
The home is centrally located on the 13 mile marker of Lake of the Ozarks, By road this home is located near Mo-mm on the Shawnee Bend By accessing the community toll bridge, the home is a 15-20 minute drive from the Osage Beach Factory Oulet Mall.

$35 Cancellation fee for homes that are reserved after the cancellation. If the home is not booked during the dates of your stay after cancelling the entire deposit is retained.
