Description of the Property
Pricing is Inclusive of linens, paper products, housekeeping and SC occupancy tax.
This is a 5 Bedroom home with an in-law apartment on the ground level. There are 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, and 2 laundry rooms. We prefer to rent the entire house but can accomodate smaller groups who wish to enjoy what Myrtle Beach has to offer. The lock out feature separates the in-law apartment from the remainder of the house. To clarify, there can be two separate and complete vacation rentals. The 2 bed room unit (sleeps 4) in 2 queen beds. The 3 BR unit(sleeps 9) in 1 king, 2 queens, 2 twin & a fold a bed. Decorated with a cottage theme, the house is very spacious with 2,950 sq.ft. of living space under roof. In addition there is 2 1/2 stall garage and great front porch with glider and chairs.
This house comfortably sleeps a group of 12 adults in actual beds, and if needed the fold a couch in the bonus room converts to an extended twin bed for 13, and recently added a cradle for a newborn. Picture 12-13 people in 2,950 sq. ft. home compared to some rentals that are 1/2 to 2/3 the size. There are no sleeper sofas that need to be set up and taken down, enabling you to enjoy the comforts of home as the house is fully equipped.
Conveniently located for all of your typical vacation wants and needs. Plenty for kids and those adults who are still kids at heart to do. The surrounding area and Oceanside Village is far less congested enabling you to make the best of your vacation. OSV is a gated community with 6 entrances for your safety and convenience. Business Rt. 17 boarders the West end and the Ocean boarders the East. The big difference with this home and location is you'll find many on-site amenities and activities within the Oceanside Village community.

Across the street is Tupelo & Runaway Bay with two 18 hole putt putt courses, pitch & putt, night golf, frisbee golf, driving range, and an 18 hole executive course.
Large flea market is 1/2 up the road and adjacent to the newly renovated water park
For the serious golfer we have discounts for up to 1/2 off at most courses in the area saving a foursome up to $200 a day.

Rental Rate Notes
Weekly Rentals are from Saturday PM check in, and Saturday AM departure. Peak season preference is ENTIRE HOUSE rentals for the week, not extended weekend stays. Rates are inclusive and include linens, towels and paper products, housekeeping and 11% SC combined user tax. Reservations require a $500 deposit with the balance due a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. ****NOTE**** If you wish to rent either the 2 BR or 3 BR unit the weekly off season rates are available in addition to 3 & 4 day night rentals will be entertained. Short term rentals require a Saturday start or exit date to avoid breaking up two potential weekly rentals. OFF SEASON MONTHLY RENTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT REDUCED RATES (NOTE 3 MO OR LONGER RENTALS DON'T REQUIRE TAX) Typical off season monthly rate is comparable to the weekly rate in season. We will entertain pet rentals on a case by case basis and limited to small dogs. Our home is a non smoking home but we have recepticals outside on the patio and porch We're pretty flexible and trusting people and will remain that way until we have reason not to be. CALENDAR - The calendar isn't set up for multiple units. If the week is blocked out, the entire house is committed. If not, it means we have either the 3 BR Unit or the 2 BR In Law Unit available.
A deposit of $500 on in season weekly rentals is required to confirm your reservation. Until money is received the unit will remain available for rental. The balance of the agreed rental including tax and a $500 security deposit is required a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival. Note,we reserve the right to increase the security deposit when pets are involved.
Reservation Deposit - You are entitled to full refund minus a $50 administrative fee for cancellations received a minimum of 2 months prior to arrival. If we are able to fill the vacancy, depending on terms you may be entitled to a full refund minus the admin fee. Security Deposit - Upon departure our house keeper does a sanitation clean up, replenishes the paper products, makes the beds, completes inventory, and inspects the property for damage. We're contacted accordingly and if all is in order the security deposit is refunded within 14 business days.
