These units are Pet Friendly great spot to walk your pet along the lake. Towels and bedding included.

Winter weekly rate includes tax and cleaning. NO EXTRA FEES Cleaning fee is 45.0 sec. deposit 150. 50% of rent to book. 30 day cancellation or refunds for mandatory hurricane evacuation only.Rental Policies
Pet friendly, No guard dogs, chewers ,barkers, floor piddlers. Friendly pets only, must be crated when not attended, Guest must clean and pick up after their pets. Smoking outdoors only. Respectful guests please , units sleep 4 each. These are self catering units we do not have maids or attendants available so please be self reliant for the best possible vacation experience. No guests under 24 years of age unless with adults. Do not rent for a person under 24 to occupy. All furniture, towels and bedding must remain in unit. Please provide you own beach chairs and Towels.
To book: we require 50% of rent, to be paid at booking. We allow 5 days for your check to arrive. Sorry No credit cards. Balance will be due by cash or money order or check at least 10 days prior to arrival.
We refund for mandatory Hurricane evacuations, and if you cancel at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. In the event we have to cancel your reservation for any reason we will refund your deposit promptly. No refunds for early departures.
