Bella Casa is located on a quiet street in Oak Island Harbor at Formosa Gardens - only 3.5 miles to the Magic Kingdom/MGM Studios Entrance.
With over 1800 sq ft, our 3 bedroom, 2bath home is larger than most 3 bedroom homes in the area. We have taken pride in decorating and furnishing our home in an upscale fashion, yet you will find it very comfortable and kid-friendly.
The kids will love the Air-Conditioned Game Room with an 8 ft Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foos Ball and Sitting Area with a Big Screen TV For the adults, we have provided a separate Living Room - with another Big Screen TV for quiet times away from the kids
The Master Suite has a beautiful King-Size Sleigh-Style Bed and adjoining Bath with a large garden style soaking tub and separate shower. The 2nd bdrm has a Queen Bed. The other bedrooms has 2 twin beds, All bedrooms have a TV
The Kitchen is fully applianced with an adjoining dining area and Breakfast Bar with Bar Stools.
For the real little ones you will find a pack-n-play and high chair & several toys.
There is a washer and dryer in the house for your use during your trip. That means you won't have to pack as many clothes as you thought, especially for a two-week trip.
Day or night, everyone will enjoy the outdoor Swimming Pool to cool off after a day at the Parks.

No Smoking Allowed inside the home. Ashtrays are provided for smoking on the Lanai No Pets of any kind allowed inside the home or on the premises. No Exceptions.
$250- Reservation Deposit Required to Reserve your dates.
If Cancelled 60 days or more prior to your arrival, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. 30 days or less, no monies will be returned.

Payment in full is required upfront by Visa, M/C, Am Ex or PayPal. You also must sign a $300- security deposit authorization allowing us to charge up to $300- for potential damages. I do not charge the card upfront.
