200.00 Deposit required to hold dates.

Rental Policies

Rentals are for seven night minimum stays. A $200. deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus an exit cleaning fee ($60), and $250 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. Pets allowed only if preapproved with $50 non refundable pet deposit. For monthly rentals the pet deposit would be $100 non refundable. Well behaved children welcome YOU MUST BE 21 TO BE ON A LEASE. Please note there is a one time $60 cleaning fee and $250 REFUNDABLE Security Deposit on ALL rentals. Security Deposit will be refunded by mail after renting manager has inspected the property. Cancellations are refundable only if we are able to re-rent the property during the leased period. No smoking inside home.
