This Condo is on the fourth floor of a six-story gated hillside building above Puerto Vallarta's Old Town, the Zona Romantica. The ocean and city views from nearly every window and balcony are spectacular. Spend evenings on the terrace, sipping cocktails by the private plunge pool, gazing at colorful sunsets and a nightly fireworks display over the Bay of Banderas. It is an ideal vacation or long term rental for one or two couples or a small family. If you want to be in the "real' Puerto Vallarta within walking distance of all the shops, beaches and restaurants, this is the place. Old Town is the authentic area where locals still live and those who like Puerto Vallarta return year after year. So many areas now look like any American resort city, but Old Town has retained the charm of Mexico. It's the fun place to be if you like to experience different cultures and colorful people. The Condo's convenient and central location is just eight blocks from Los Muertos Pier and the beautiful Los Muertos Beach and dozens of Puerto Vallarta's finest restaurants and shops, making a rental car unnecessary. This condo is very pet friendly.
The Condo itself has two bedrooms: a king-sized Master Bedroom, a lovely guest room with a queen-sized bed and a sleeping loft with a double bed mattress. The two bedrooms are outfitted with luxury high quality pillow top mattresses and soft bedding. The living room has an L-shaped built-in couch. The Condo has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, two bathrooms, a lanaii-style living room open to the plunge pool terrace, and two private terraces overlooking the ocean and Zona Romantica. There is also a washer and dryer, a large library of movies, books, CDs and tapes, a stereo system and a high speed wireless internet connection for your laptop computer.

Payable by check, wire transfer, money order or via Pay Pal. Contact or call Helga at 530-885-4433 or for payment instructions. 7 night minimum stay required during Holiday periods - otherwise minimum stay is 3 days. Check in time: 3:00 p.m. Check out time: 11 a.m.
50% of total rental amount to hold. Calendar will be updated to block when payment received. Balance is due 16 weeks prior to arrival. Talk to us about long term rental.
90% refund with 16 weeks notice. 50% refund thereafter. No refunds if cancelled within 8 weeks of arrival date.
