Welcome to our Las Vegas/Henderson Retreat! Overlooking the Las Vegas Valley with views of the world famous Las Vegas Strip and city lights, our single story home is only minutes from McCarran airport, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and the Las Vegas Strip! Separate living room and open family room/kitchen with breakfast bar, upgraded tile flooring and loop berber carpet make this a very comfortable home. It is situated on a cul de sac lot, close to shopping, casinos and golf course! You can enjoy the city lights from the master bedroom, family room, kitchen and patio/pool area! We have had many guests from Canada, England, Bermuda and the US, many re-book every season. Our Henderson home is perfect for the family vacation, honeymoon or get-away! Features include kitchen with granite counters, convection oven, breakfast bar and view from the kitchen window! Vaulted ceilings, fireplace and views are featured in the family room area complimented by french doors leading to coverd patio and pool area. There is a separate living room at the front of the house offering televison, books and games. The master bedroom is accented by a sleigh bed and views of the city lights through the french doors, the master bath offers a garden tub and double bowl vanity. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and also features a doggie door access to the finished garage including epoxy floors and access to the gated RV parking area and views of the Las Vegas Valley . A wonderful yard lined with flowers (in season) offers fabulous City light and Strip Views, the yard also has a bar b que grill and exercise gym. The city of Henderson has miles and miles of hiking and biking trails nearby. The home is conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, dry cleaners, etc. and many local casinos. Las Vegas is also home to beautiful Red Rock Canyon and Mt Charleston, both offering wonderful hiking and rock climbing. Our Las Vegas City Lights Villa is only 7 miles from Lake Las Vegas and many local casinos. The Valley of Fire State Park, Grand Canyon and Zion National Park are all within a few hours drive time from our Las Vegas retreat. Our home also also offers gated RV/boat parking.come stay in our home, I am sure you will enjoy just as we do!

Rental Policies

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in pool without parental supervision. Pool area is not fenced, therfore, this property is not a good choice in rental if you have very small children. No more than 3 vehicles are allowed at property, this is a residential neighborhood, the rights of neighbors are to be considered. No loud music, screaming or "partying", if complaint by neighbors or police is made to owner, tenant will be evicted immediately with no refund. This is not a party home.

Reservations required minimum one month in advance; exceptions considered (702-239-1084). 50% deposit at time of reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to check in. Pet deposit required, refundable subject to inspection. Cleaning deposit is $125. Final balance is to be cashiers check or credit card We accept Mastercard & Visa

Reservations must be cancelled within 72 hours after the reservation is made. 50% refund will be made within 7 days after reservation is made. No refund after 7 days. Cleaning deposit is non refundable. Pet deposit is refundable, subject to inspection. All refunds will be mailed within 30 days of cancellation or check out.
