Rental Rate Notes
Holidays are $160 a night or more with the balance due 45 days in advance We now accept Visa and Mastercard. $60 housekeeping fee and 1% lodging tax additionalRental Policies
$60 cleaning fee and 1% lodging tax not included in rates. Small dogs are considered.
One night rent deposit required to secure reservation. The balance is then due at least 30 days in advance of arrival date, 45 days for Holidays. A $200 refundable security deposit also required.
10% cancellation fee on all cancellations. 30 days notice required on cancellations for full refund. Less then 30 days will not be refunded unless the house is rebooked. All deposits are refundable if we are able to fill your reservation.
