Our home is warm, fully furnished, spacious and comfortable. This is a 3 bedroom, two bathroom residence and is beautifully decorated and filled with all the conveniences you'd expect in a family home. The large master suite, with king bed, has an adjoining open bathroom with a split design for privacy from the other bedrooms. The two large bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and walk-in closets. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, and all the necessities you would expect. The kitchen, dining area, and living areas are joined and spacious.
Other amenities: inside laundry, plenty of parking with 2 car "boat deep" garage and additional RV hookup and parking for all the water toys. The front yard is professionally landscaped with a high cedar fenced back yard. Full length covered patio with barbecue. Central air & heat. Ceiling fans in every room. Direct TV with premium package, vcr, dvd, stereo, and cd player. We're located on Palo Verde N. just 1/2 miile north of Hwy 95 in Lake Havasu City. London bridge is 5 to 10 min away.

Activities and Attractions
Lake Havasu City is a clean small town with large city ameneties such as movies, theater, and dining. Our home is about 5 minutes to the world famous London Bridge and less than that to the popular Windsor Beach and launch ramp. At the bridge there is a wide spectrum of water sports such as boat rentals, tours, parasailing, and other activities readily available. There is also a shuttle service to Laughlin Nevada, which is a major gaming attraction, about 100 miles south of Las Vegas.
