This large Coronado Village residence is your perfect vacation home. It is located two blocks from the San Diego bay, golf course and park, and an easy walk or bike ride to the famous Coronado beach.
This spacious home gives you lots of room to move.
Downstairs you have the kitchen, a living room, a dining room, one bedroom and entertainment room. The kitchen has modern appliances, and everything you would need to make your own wonderful meals. Watch t.v. while you cook! It has a wrap around island and a breakfast table that can seat up to eight comfortably. The adjoining patio off the kitchen has a bar-b-que, patio table, umbrella, patio couch and table and an outside heater for those cool nights. The entertainment room with t.v. and surround sound, has a brand new wrap around couch with a queen pull out sleeper. Get on the stairmaster while you watch t.v., if you want to stay in shape during your vacation. The bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath with it's own private entrance. The living room has a piano, fireplace and adjoins to the dining room with a formal table for eight.
Upstairs you have another living room with vaulted ceilings and a fireplace, big screen t.v., dvd, tivo, and casino bar to play cards, roulette or craps. Off this upstairs living room you can step out onto a large deck to enjoy the view of the beautiful Bay Bridge. This is a great place to read the paper in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea. Walk down the hallway to the remaining three bedrooms and bath. One bedroom has a queen size bed with a deck, another bedroom has a full size bed and the last bedroom has two twin beds with it's own walk out deck.

Rental Rate Notes
There is a Minimum stay required. Coronado city rules requests 26 day stay. Please inquire for more questions. ** Rates $500 more per week during observed holidays. Please inquire. Outdoor Pets considered for additional Deposit. Rent reflects the 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath option (about 3000 square feet of living space)Rental Policies
Our home is unique in that we can lock off selected rooms. Our price reflects renting main 4 bedrooms, but if you would like to rent 5 bedrooms, we may be able accommodate you (extra 350/wk). We maintain a separate part of a lockout section during your stay for our own private use. In no way will it interfere with your stay.Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A $1000.00 (refundable) security deposit is due to reserve. 50% of the full rate (including refundable deposit) is to be paid on contract signing and the lease paid in full 45 days within occupancy. There is a one time $200.00 professional cleaning fee, which is taken from the security deposit. Remainder of deposit to be returned if house returned in same condition as received. Any charges for VIdeo or TV pay on demand charges will be deducted from the deposit.
30 day advance notice required if canceling reservation for full return.
